Im not one to modify my exhaust (anymore) and I cannot stand loud exhaust. However when I saw this thread yesterday I was intrigued.  Looked over what everyone was saying, sent an email to Delkevic and found out they are 6 miles from my house. They said they were open, shot down there, got the 18inch CF, installed them in 40 mins. I'm no expert but this was straightforward and easy. Tiny bit louder but i'm not too worried about it. If needed they said they do have even quieter baffles. May do that in the future but extremely happy.

Joe: The Delkevics are quiet enough that I have even tried running them withOUT the baffles in them. STILL not all that loud. I do run the baffles, but it is nice to know you have a choice. For track day riders, this would be a real plus. To remove each baffle, you remove ONE screw. However, you reinstall the screw even after removing the baffle, because if you leave the screw hole open, it apparently creates "a musical instrument" (whistle).

Mine are ordered. Also looking at a set for my Vmax. I've heard no complaints of their quality and so far their customer service has been excellent. I had a question, sent a message, and had a reply in five minutes.
Joe, are you in Great Britain. I mean where else do they have a store?

I ran back to their store today after taking out the baffles to see what they sounded like before getting the quietest baffles. It was a bit louder, again not crazy loud. I put the new baffles on in the parking lot. Have to say it sounds good but not much quieter than the stock baffles. If I had to do it again, Id keep the stock ones, but any bit quiet is worth it I guess.

Before I retired and still working where I left at 3:15 am to make the neighbors not want to shoot me I had to put the silencer in the baffle. Funny how no one cared when I came home if the silencer was in or not. My ZRX with the Muzzy Meg is Harley loud plus. The Muzzy is like obnoxious to the 2nd power.

I've been looking at removing the Brock's that was on my bike when I bought it and getting something quieter. I added the baffle that Brock's sells and it toned it down a bit, still just a bit loud for me. The only bad part is finding a Gen1 header that someone will let go cheap.

I do like the Yosh, had it on my FZ1 with no baffle and it was still quieter than the Brock's with a baffle.
